    Saisie-contrefaçon in Europe

    On 17 December 2012, the law firm Véron & Associés organised a conference entitled “The saisie-contrefaçon in Europe”, at the Palais de la découverte in Paris. The objective of this conference was to determine which mechanisms  were likely to constitute, in some of the countries of the European Union (namely, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom), the equivalent of the French saisie contrefaçon (a short film was shown as a preamble to the conference providing a brief introduction to the procedure
